Payload profiles and spec changes are proposed here as NNNN-name.md with a JSON Schema and one synthetic example. Two weeks of comment, then the captain merges or declines with reasons. Seed profiles: location/v1, photo/v1 (drafts); to be written: event/v1, message/v1, transaction/v1, health-sample/v1, note/v1, activity/v1, flight/v1, decision/v1.
