ADR 0010 — bighydro is a pen name

Decision. The project is stewarded under the pen name bighydro. Anonymity of data is strict: nothing personal enters the repository, ever (synthetic fixtures only, scrub before every push). Anonymity of identity is soft: the steward does not lead with a legal name and does not link the project from personal accounts, but treats being identified as an inconvenience, not a catastrophe.

Consequences. Commits are signed by bighydro's key. The project can accept talks, partnerships or funding later without a crisis of identity.
